It is widely believed that Tesh was one of the first beings with consciousness in the known universe. She is credited with most of the creation of the Earth, stars, planets, and space, as well as having had a hand in the creation of most of the other deities. She is revered as queen of the gods and is known for being mostly benevolent, abstaining from other godly conflicts and rarely communicating with all but a few deities. Mortals very rarely speak directly to Tesh, and she is most commonly known to communicate through signs or omens instead of directly. It is said this is for fear of her appearance overwhelming the mortal mind.
