Little is known about Qandu other than his dependability and level-headedness. They are quick to delve into the affairs of both mortals and immortals and keep rigorous records of anything happening within the domains they inhabit. They are deeply involved with their followers and it is theorised that they may have originated as a shadow god, though this is not something they would admit to anyone, what with their worship of rules and guidelines.
