KACEY SCOTT

Kacey is everything a detective should be: jaded, sarcastic, paranoid, and just charismatic enough to earn a punch in the face instead of getting their body dumped into the nearest body of water. Kacey graduated top of their class at the police academy and went on to be a promising young detective with about a million well-solved cases on their record and the admiration of their peers (and maybe a little jealousy, too). They went on to have a nice enough house, a beautiful wife, and a great car. This was pre-divorce, of course, and now they're fortunate enough to add a shitty apartment that doubles as a private investigator's office, a fresh and stinging divorce, and a stack of strongly-worded letters from the bank to that resume.
