Humans are the dominant species on Earth, and the one least often born with the aptitude for light magic. Many aren’t even aware of the existence of magic, however it is believed that many are naturally hardy given this fact. Humans can withstand a lot, physically and mentally, and are often the last ones standing. Humans are also known for, most commonly of all the species, having shadow magic abilities. These are often smaller skills that go unnoticed, such as being skilled with plants or animals, or gifts of intuition or Sight, but some humans with these skills who aren’t privy to the existence of magic are still sharp enough to notice their gifts and hone them accordingly.
